ThoughtVirus v1: default-ON brake on coordinated Dual-state drift across ≥2 compatible peer agent sessions. Inspired by arXiv:2603.00131. Not subliminal-token / preference-shift detection (that fuller stack stays optional in c4-meta-system BSL).
